What cookies and local storage are

Analytics
Analytics may be used to understand page performance, navigation and content usefulness. Where consent is required, the applicable consent-management mechanism controls whether optional analytics storage or processing is allowed.
Advertising
Google advertising code is restricted to pages explicitly classified as eligible publisher content. It is not intentionally loaded on login, registration, checkout, account, administrative, form-only, error or laboratory-console pages.
European consent management
For visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, advertising consent must be handled through a Google-certified Consent Management Platform that integrates with the IAB Transparency and Consent Framework. Skunkworks Academy is designed to use the Google Privacy & messaging CMP configured within the AdSense account. The website does not invent or simulate an IAB consent string.
The certified CMP presents the applicable choices, records or communicates consent signals and provides a route for users to manage or withdraw choices. The exact message and available options may vary by location and AdSense configuration.
Browser and provider controls
Browsers allow cookies and site data to be viewed, blocked or deleted. Blocking essential storage may affect service functionality. Google also provides controls for advertising personalisation through its own account and advertising settings.

Cookie categories and providers may change as services evolve. Material changes will be reflected in this policy and its review date.
